We are more than happy to offer a full refund on any goods purchased for whatever reason. If you wish to return goods you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order and the goods should be returned folded and packed as they were received within 10 working days. If the goods are returned for the simple reason that they are not wanted, you will be liable for the return freight fee. If the goods are faulty TrendIOM will cover the freight. Please return any items via an insured and traceable service as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in the postal/courier system. Please also ensure that the value of the goods is covered by the service used.
If goods are returned in a damaged or soiled condition or not in their original packaging you will be charged a 20%-50% restocking charge depending on the condition of the item. A higher re-stocking charge may apply subject to the condition of the returned goods. Refunds due will be paid on receipt of goods returned within 14 days of the delivery date at our registered address.
