We attempt to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Generally goods ordered before midday are dispatched that afternoon. For most UK addresses goods will be sent using Royal Mail 48hr service.
The order processing time will vary depending on the availability of items you order. The average order processing time is 24 hours. In order to maintain competitive shipping rates, we ship all similar items in one shipment. Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday - Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
We suggest that you contact us at email@example.com if you need an item by a certain date or in a hurry so that we can fulfil your order in time.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. If there is a problem with your delivery please inform us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail 48hr service. Orders over a value of £39.99 are signed for courier service.

Please note that if you refuse goods from either Royal Mail or our Courier once they have been sent to you, we reserve the right to bill you for both the cost of sending the item and the return of the item to us. If you refuse an order without instruction from ourselves and it becomes lost in transit we will not refund the value of goods as all liability will have passed to the person who refused the delivery. Any losses or damaged that occurs from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who ordered the goods.
